If you don’t know what these are, then they are simply statements you read aloud or make in your head about yourself every day.

So, for example, you could say “I am getting better and better every day in every way” or “I believe in myself and I can achieve anything”.

The best way to create a positive affirmation list is to write down your negative feelings about yourself and then turn them into positive statements.

So, for example, if you don’t like the idea of public speaking, then your thoughts would be something like “I will never be good at public speaking”.

You could change it to “I will be one of the best public speakers in the world”.

Positive affirmations can have a significant impact on your subconscious mind.

The more you repeat them and act on them, the more your subconscious mind will believe and support the changes you want to make.
